How we communicate with you, what you can expect from our emails, and how to manage your preferences.

At Countrix, we believe your inbox is valuable. We are committed to responsible email practices and will never abuse the trust you place in us when providing your email address.
Countrix is committed to sending only relevant, respectful communications to our users and contacts. We strictly comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and all applicable anti-spam regulations.
We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire email lists. Every person we contact has either signed up for our services or explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
Transactional emails: Messages directly related to your account and use of Countrix, including account verification, password resets, payment confirmations, bank connection alerts, and important security notifications. These are sent as a necessary part of the service.
Product updates: Occasional notifications about new features, improvements, or changes to the Countrix platform that may affect your use of the service.
Marketing communications: Newsletter-style emails about tips, announcements, and promotions. These are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
We only send marketing communications to users who have affirmatively opted in during account registration or through a clear opt-in mechanism on our platform.
We never add email addresses to marketing lists without explicit consent. Pre-checked boxes or implied consent are not used.
Every marketing and product update email we send includes a clear, functional unsubscribe link. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time.
Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, as required by law. Once you unsubscribe, you will not receive further marketing emails from us.

Note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails, which are necessary for the operation of your account.
All emails from Countrix accurately identify us as the sender. We never use deceptive subject lines or misleading header information.
Our emails are sent from addresses under the countrix.com domain. If you receive an email claiming to be from Countrix from any other domain, treat it as suspicious and report it to us at hello@countrix.com.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers that send or process email on our behalf are bound by strict confidentiality and data-processing terms.
If you believe you have received an unsolicited email from Countrix, or if you suspect an email purporting to be from Countrix is fraudulent (phishing), please report it immediately to hello@countrix.com.
We take all spam and phishing reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Countrix sends email through a secure, professional email delivery service (which may include Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) or other providers we use from time to time). Outbound email is sent from addresses under the countrix.com domain and, where supported, we use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to improve deliverability and reduce spoofing.
We monitor bounce and complaint rates to maintain a healthy sending reputation and to keep our communications relevant.
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Countrix following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
